Comprehensive Plan Update

The Charlestown City Council adopted a new Comprehensive Plan at their regular City Council meeting on August 1, 2016.  The document is below. Consultants on the plan were Taylor-Siefker-Williams Design Group, Saegeser Engineering, Inc., and Development Concepts, Inc.  The consultants are now working on updating zoning ordinances that conform to the Comprehensive Plan.
